We are going to have new jobs and entire new industries but we need to prepare our youth for this changing landscape and enable them to make it happen.
The majority of our current education programs for entrepreneurs teach the same or similar content that we have learned 25 years ago. The old methods of business creation are not working anymore and existing businesses are threatened by new incumbents often from very different industries.

Technology and automation are the most talked about areas and whilst they are super important we also need an understanding how to make change happen, how to be agile and how to change business dynamics, business models and tacit assumptions of current industries. Fluidminds (now Orange Hills Australia) is looking for businesses and high schools that share this vision and want to make a difference in providing a catapult for competitiveness to our next generation.
Let’s start a dialogue.
